Wild Boar
Andrew has specialised in raising wild boar since 1993. Working with his father and cousin, he produces around 400 a year on 320 acres of south-facing slopes, outside Perth.The boar forage happily in free range family groups, until old enough for fattening. And Andrew keeps a very close on his charges, living in a cottage right next to them, so that he can tend to their needs at any time.
